FAQ and Policy


  • We charge a flat rate of $4 for all items shipped. However shipping can be combined if you are purchasing multiple items within the same purchase. 
  • We are not responsible for wrong shipping addresses within PayPal, and we will have to charge addition shipping costs if an item is sent back due to incorrect address.
  • All items are typically shipped within 1- 2 business days. You will get an email (if provided) when your order ships and when it delivers!


  • If pick up is selected at checkout, you will get an email when your order is ready that will contain the pick up address.
  • There will be no shipping charge on pickup items.
  • Please pick up your items promptly. As of January 30, 2020, all orders not picked up after 45 days will be donated or added back into inventory to be sold. You will not be refunded.  


  • At this time we do not allow any returns, unless an item is damaged upon receiving. This should be a rare occurrence since every item is inspect before shipped out! If this does happen, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your items. 


  • You can pay via credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, or Sezzle.
  • Orders using Sezzle pay must be $30 or above
  • Invoices sent must be paid within 24 hours, or it will be deleted and given to the next person in line. 
  • Cash or check will only be accepted at vendor events.
